Product Shipping
Coverage for shipping service is for Malaysia only. We will dispatch the product within 5 working days.
Shipping Method and Charges
We are engaging third party for our delivery service. The shipping charges is free for purchases more than RM150. If less than RM150, a minimum charge of RM15 per kg for West Malaysia or RM17 per kg (East Malaysia) will be imposed and additional charges maybe imposed subject to shipping location as well.
Indemnity
We will not be liable for accident or loss due to inaccurate shipping information provided and the customer would be responsible for all the shipping charges due to unreliable shipping information provided.
Return and Exchanges Policy
There will not be any monetary refund for the completed confirmation order. We will replace for serious product defects with similar product subject to availability.
We incorporate 1 day of warranty on the sold products. The delivered product may be replaced or refunded if there is any serious defect. Serious defects do not include slight differences or trivial flaws, or a flaw which is shrouded in overall appearances.
We only manage the after-sales service for the customer who buy directly from our www.mmnetwork.com.my website. The customer is expected to send an email with the supporting pictures if they have any issues with the product within 1 day of receiving the product. Please contact us at support@mmnetwork.com.my and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
The customer is required to return the product to our designated location and the product must be unused and in the same condition with the original packaging when you received it. The product remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us. We will replace the product and deliver together with the next purchase.
Please be remind to inspect your parcel(s) condition while receiving from dispatch. If you found outer box seal is damaged or leakage, please do not sign received or accept parcel(s) from dispatch. Kindly reject and contact MM Network Customer Support Team immediately for necessary arrangement. Any late notification to MM will not be entertained.
